At Loom & Legacy, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, unused

In original condition
-
In original packaging
-
Not a final-sale, clearance, or personalized item
Holiday/limited-edition drops are returnable until December 26, after which they are final sale.
How to Start a Return
All returns and refunds are processed directly through our Shopify store.
Please submit your return request through your order confirmation page or customer account.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with photos.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours if they haven’t entered fulfillment.
