Welcome to Loom & Legacy ("A2D Gear Shop"), operated by Attention 2 Detail (A2D) in Drumheller, Alberta, Canada. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Online Store Terms

The A2D Gear Shop uses Printful and other third-party fulfillment partners for production and shipping of made-to-order items. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that:

  • Production times may vary.

  • Printed items may have slight colour or placement variations.

  • Items are created specifically for your order (made-to-order).

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products at any time, and restrict sales to certain regions or jurisdictions if required.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock information. However, errors may occur.

We do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are completely accurate, complete, or current.

If an error occurs—such as incorrect pricing—we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or refund any affected orders.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you represent that you have legal authorization to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All products are fulfilled through Printful or other trusted partners.

Delivery times depend on:

  • Production time

  • Shipping method

  • Carrier performance

  • Destination

A2D is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays outside our control

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Customs fees or import duties (if applicable outside Canada)

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Changes of mind

However, we will replace or refund items that arrive defective or damaged.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide photos of the defect or issue

  • Provide your order number

Approved resolutions may include:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to process payments, produce items, and ship orders. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

A2D Gear Shop is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service failures, delays, or policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms.
