All Loom & Legacy products are made to order to reduce waste and ensure each item meets our quality standards.


Processing Times

  • Apparel, mugs & ornaments: 3–7 business days

  • Peak seasons (Nov–Dec): 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

  • USA: 5–12 business days

  • International: varies by destination

Holiday volumes may cause additional carrier delays.


Tracking

All orders ship with tracking unless otherwise selected at checkout.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, check:

  • Neighbours

  • Building management

  • Community mailboxes

  • Your local post office

We can help you open a carrier claim if needed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the carrier receives your package, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
We will assist with tracking issues and carrier claims, but we cannot refund or replace packages marked as delivered.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These are the responsibility of the customer.
